Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Elyria Panthers Mini Mites

Withdrawal Before Season Start: A 90% refund of the registration fee will be granted for withdrawals made before the official start of the season. A $25 administrative fee will be retained. Withdrawal During the Season: A prorated refund, based on the number of practices and games attended, will be granted for withdrawals made before the halfway point of the season. No refunds will be granted after the halfway point of the season. Medical Withdrawals: A prorated refund or credit toward a future program will be granted for season-ending injuries or medical conditions. A doctor's note is required. Program Cancellation: A full refund will be issued if the program is canceled by the Elyria Panthers. Administrative Fees: The $25 administrative fee is non-refundable. Tryout Fees: Tryout fees are non refundable, however will be credited towards registration fees if the player registers for the mite program. Refund Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to HOP@elyriahockey.com. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days.
